Platform operator

LenderDeskHQ is operated by Giron IT Consulting, LLC. These terms govern access to and use of the LenderDeskHQ website and application.

Authorized business use

The application is available only to authorized users of participating lending organizations. Users must protect their credentials, provide accurate information, follow their organization's policies, and access only information they are permitted to use. Accounts may not be shared.

Operational system

LenderDeskHQ supports loan-administration workflows. It is not a consumer loan marketplace, borrower payment portal, accounting ledger, credit-reporting agency, law firm, or provider of legal, tax, or financial advice. Participating lenders remain responsible for their lending decisions, records, notices, calculations, regulatory obligations, and communications.

Communications

Participating lenders may use the platform to send transactional email and SMS messages to contacts with documented permission. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining a loan or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Additional details appear in our SMS Terms.

Acceptable use

Users may not violate law, send deceptive or unauthorized communications, compromise security, access another customer's data, upload malicious content, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or use the platform in a way that disrupts its operation or harms others.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Customers are responsible for maintaining any records or exports required by their own policies or law.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Giron IT Consulting, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any contractual service commitments agreed directly with a customer control if they conflict with these website terms.

For questions about a specific loan, notice, or message, contact the participating lender identified in the communication. Authorized customers can request platform support from within LenderDeskHQ.
